New business member not receiving invitation

Hi There

 

I am trying to invite a new member to our dropbox busiess but they are not receiving the invitation. I have tried re-sending the invite, completely removin them and re-adding them but nothings working.

 

Please help as I need this member to start work ASAP.

Hey @EnTEEtainment, welcome to our community! 

Here’s some things to check: 

  • Is the user checking the correct email account for this invitation? 

  • If so, are they checking in their Spam/Junk folder, just in case it was routed there? 

  • Have they ensured that no-reply@dropbox.com is not blocked, and that it is added to their address book? Once that is done, you can try re-sending the invitation

If the above doesn’t help, I suggest that they submit a support ticket here, as soon as possible.
