Not able to disable Google SSO

Explorer | Level 3

We have Dropbox SSO setup to require our Identity Provider. Yet when users login, they have the option to login with Google. How can I turn that off? With SSO required with our Identity Provider, the option to enable or disable Google SSO is greyed out. I temporarily set our Identity Provider to optional. This made the Google SSO option available to disable. Once I require SSO with our Identity Provider, the users still can also see the option to sign in with Google. Very frustrating. We do not want any of our users accessing Dropbox through Google.

Re: Not able to disable Google SSO

Hey there @twboundless
However, in order to have a more in-depth look on the behavior you’re experiencing, we’d have to move this discussion to ticket.
As such, I was able to locate your ongoing communication that you have with a member of my team and have made sure to pass your comments along to them. As soon as they have more info, they’ll get back to you via email.
Thanks in advance for your patience and cooperation!
