Partner IUL License/ Account purchased via Re-seller.

I requested an IUL from the reseller partner portal, and the portal is saying that I have been provisioned one, but I haven't received any email regarding the license being activated.

Is it possible that the email was sent to the wrong email address, or just hasn't been sent yet?

I signed up for an Advanced Business account trial to see if that would activate my IUL, but to no avail.

You'll likely need to contact Support directly for assistance with this. Account-specific information will be needed and can't be posted to this public forum.

Thanks for signin in our Community and for starting this topic. 

As @Rich correctly suggested, the support will be able to effectively assist you checking account details that we unfortunately don't see via your Community profile.

I would also recommend reaching out directly to our partner account management team regarding this issue. You can reach them at partners@dropbox.com

They will assist you further with this reseller request.
