Since merging my personal account with team accounts, I can't access my personal files on Windows 10 file tree. Is the problem that it's not synced? Should I delete it on Windows and reinstall? Thanks anyone for help.
Hey @BPeil, welcome to our Community! Can you locate your Dropbox icon (next to your WiFi), hover your mouse there and let me know what the status of the desktop app is? Also, feel free to open your desktop app preferences, then click the Account tab. You should be seeing an email there.Can you let me know if this is the same account you're accessing on the Dropbox website as well? Keep me posted!
