I just tried calling phone support for Dropbox Business at 8AM PST -- It says on the help site that business support is open at 8AM EST. When I call, I get the message that "no phone support will be answered here" and it directs me to go to dropbox.com for support.
So I decided to start a text chat -- the chat support person has told me that "for my area it opens at 12AM EST. (See conversation below)
Has anyone else heard of this? As of Friday I was able to call in at 8AM and get support.

There is no phone support unless you have an active Business account, and you would need the phone number and required PIN from your Admin console. No other phone number will provide support.
You can see what type of account you have on your Plan page. If you need to cancel an account, you can refer to the following help article:

Replies take approximately 1 - 3 business days with Plus, Professional and Business users getting priority (longer for Basic users).

I have been charged for a business or plus account and I am not getting it.. I want to cancel and can't call because it is saying I don't have a business account... yet I just got charged for it.. the phone number dropbox gives on my credit card does not work!
There is no phone support unless you have an active Business account, and you would need the phone number and required PIN from your Admin console. No other phone number will provide support.
