I am trying to add team members, but after typing in their email addresses, I get a message saying that they are members of another team and cannot be added. How do I fix this?
Solved! Go to Solution.
That's weird, would couldn't you join multiple teams?

We have the same issue but the user in question has been deleted from the other team and we still get the error saying he is a member of another team.
Hey @roar349,
Welcome to the Dropbox Community!
Please keep in mind that it takes 7 days for the email address to be freed up (once deleted by a team account), so the error message you're receiving is probably because they were recently removed.
You may cancel this invite and re-send afresh to an email address that hasn't been associated with a Dropbox account before.
Hope this is helpful to you! Of course I'm always here to clarify if you need more details about it.
Warm regards,
JaneA

Weird, because it wouldn't accept the email, came back as "not valid."
