Recovery of accounts after joining the team

I've been using automatic payment for a year as a dropbox member.

To test the dropbox business model this time,

I went back to my personal account after participating in the team made by my friend's free experience period,

but all my payments I paid  are disappeared.

How can I roll back my account?

My whold work process is stopped please answer me asap.

Could you clarify if you're missing a transaction after leaving a Dropbox Business team? Do you see any payments on this page on your account?

 

If I'm misunderstanding something, please let me know more details!
