Remove a member of my business account and restore his old account w/o losing his files

Remove a member of my business account and restore his old account w/o losing his files

New member | Level 2

A business colleague's Dropbox was merged when I started my Business Acount with Dropbox.  He would like to be removed from my business account and to have his old account restored without losing any of his files. 

I did not see any suggestions on how to remove a member of the Business Account - that would at the same time, restore his old Dropbox account.    Please help.

I just wanted to add to what @gregoc states and mention that you can find more info on converting a Dropbox Business team member's account to an individual account here

In the Admin Console, click on the user you want to transfer, click Delete on the right-hand side, and in the bottom-left of the pop-up window click “create a Dropbox Basic account instead”.
