Retrieve invoices for cancelled business account?

New member | Level 2

I subscribed to Dropbox Business for a while but no longer needed it & so cancelled.  How can I retrieve my invoices for the time I was subscribed?

You'll need to contact Support directly to see if that's possible. Account/billing issues cannot be handled on this public forum.

Replies take approximately 1 - 3 business days with Plus, Professional and Business users getting priority (longer for Basic users).

What @Rich mentioned is true.
After you’re done submitting the ticket, let me know of the ticket number so I can get in contact with an agent and assign your issue to them.
