Retrieving personal account after business company membership closure

my company had a large freelancers team, and upon membership closure for some of the accounts that were no longer working with the company, the freelancers (2 affected) lost their personal account and their access to personal account as well. how can we retrieve or solve this?

Phew. Thats easy to sort - get the team admin to restore them for you and then get them to leave the Team: https://www.dropbox.com/help/business/account-deleted-from-team

Hi Marie, were those freelancers part of a Dropbox Business team, which was then deleted, or were their user accounts deleted by the team admin?

The team is still active, their accounts were deleted by team admin.
