Sharing Files with DB Business

New member | Level 2

Good morning,

I’m having trouble with advanced sharing options in dropbox. I just signed up for a trial of DB business so I can do this but can’t quite figure out how to keep my master file list without having to create separate spaces while sharing some of the subfolders with different people/projects/teams.

Hey there @Jpbollma,

With team folders, you can have much more control over folder access throughout the hierarchy of your folder structure. For example, you can share sub folders with additional users or even restrict access at lower levels.

If you're having trouble managing the folder permissions, perhaps you can check out this article here for some step-by-step guides. If you're still not sure how to accomplish what you'd like, then please let me know some more specifics and I'll be more than happy to assist with helping you to get set up!

I hope this helps to some extent, let me know if you have any other questions!
