when I share a folder to my colleagues, personal emails, who do not have a license for dropbox, they are able to interact with the file/paper. But when I share the file on our companies work email, it always asks them to signs for dropbox to view the file, why is this happening?

I am guessing here but I imagine the Admin has set up a tracking element on Dropbox which is only possible for people within the Plan
