In order to investigate this further, I have located your latest support interaction and informed the agent handling it about your case. Reply to the email you received as soon as possible with all the information we need to see into this and we'll take it from there.

The best way to have this resolved now would be to have your employee write back to us with all of the information needed to see into this issue. If you'd be so kind to ask them to check their inbox, it would be appreciated and help the process of troubleshooting the peculiar issue you seem to be having so far on your Windows device.
