Only the main account of my business seems to have chat and phone support available. Is there a way to make it available to other accounts?
Who ofcourse need about the same support as I do, plus dropbox support (when they feel like aswering anyway) always asks to log in with the account concerning the issue.

At the moment live support is only available to the team admins.
Your team members can always submit a ticket.
