Can you please send me a screenshot (omitting any personal information if possible) of the exact error you get so I can have a look too?
On a side note, are you sure this is a personal, individual account?
I'm only asking because team admins on our Dropbox for Business Teams plans can suspend members of the team account so if that's the case you'd need to check with your team's admin.
