Our company dropbox account got downgraded from business dropbox. What happens to the suspended accounts after the dropbox account is downgraded? Can the suspended accounts be accessed before resuscribing? When resuscribing to business dropbox, do we need to buy a license for those accounts as well? We don't want to lose the content of those suspended accounts and we want to keep them suspended.

"If you have suspended members when you cancel your subscription, you're asked what you'd like to do with their accounts. You can either unsuspend or delete them."
The issue is that the company account got downgraded for non-payment and we never got asked about the suspended accounts. What can we do? Can we reinstate the business dropbox, pay for the licenses, and have them restore?
