Syncing our NAS content to dropbox don't save files if nested too far

Syncing our NAS content to dropbox don't save files if nested too far

New member | Level 2

Hi,

This is weird, it appears we have empty folder and no file if they are nested "too far". In our NAS there is no issues.  For example, NAS: Folder1>Folder 2 inside folder 1>excel file accessible

in Dropbox: Folder1>Folder 2 insde folder 1>Empty/no content

Any idea why it happens?

Thank you for your help

Hey @ZenSof, based on your description, the issue you’re facing pertains to the sync job on the NAS, so it would be best for you to reach out to their support team for further assistance on this discrepancy. From there, I’ll also leave this question open to our Community of users; maybe someone having the same setup could offer their insight on how you’d best go about on this matter.

Hopefully my post is useful & please do let me know if I have misunderstood your inquiry in any way or in case you have any follow-up queries & it'll be a pleasure to further clarify. Thanks & have a great day ahead until we talk again!
