Hi there @OlleB

To transfer one Business team member’s files to another, you’ll have to delete the initial member and add the latter to the team, since this transfer can only occur if the recipient is a member.

Having said that, you can delete the initial member by following the steps below from your Members tab in your Admin Console:
  1. Find the member you want to delete from the list and click on the gear icon next to their name.
  2. Click on the Delete member option.
  3. Select Transfer later under Transfer files to another team member.
  4. Click Delete.
Once you do this, you can then send the invitation to the other user. When they accept to join the team, you can transfer the previous member’s files to the (now) new member:
  1. On the right side of your screen in your Members tab, you should be able to see a Member type option.
  2. From the drop-down menu that appears when you click on it, select Deleted
  3. Find the deleted member and click on the gear icon next to their name.
  4. Click Manage files
  5. Type in the email address of the new member you want to transfer the files to.
  6. Select Submit.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
