Unable to share team folders/files, permission denied

Hello. 

I have a customer that is unable to share folders/files when in windows explorer. When accessing dropbox from the web it seems to work.  The customer is team admin in his organization. We also tested with another user in his organization and he couldn't share either. We get a message that we dont have premission to share it. We tried to log in and out from dropbox. We also tried to share a personal file/folder and that works fine. 

Is there a setting that restricts sharing in windows explorer?
