Unknown Error. Please contact customer support

Hello, I'm having trouble logging in on Samsung C9000 Android. After selecting the Google account to log in, an "Unknown error has occurred, please contact Dropbox customer support". My Google account [removed], because of work reasons, please handle it as soon as possible, thank you!

Please DO NOT post personal information on a public site. It's a very quick way to find yourself scammed. I've remvoed your email address from your post.

 

As for the problem with your account, you'll need to contact Support directly. Only they can address account related issues. This is a public forum and the people here do not have access to your account information.

Replies take approximately 1 - 3 business days with Plus, Professional and Business users getting priority (longer for Basic users).
