Hi there @JJordan111!

If you’re looking to pause syncing in your desktop app, you can do so by:
  1. Click the Dropbox menu in the system tray or menu bar of your computer.
  2. Select the gear icon which looks like a small cog.
  3. Click Pause syncing.
You can also see which files and folders have synced with the green check-marked icon , and which ones are still syncing from the blue icon with the rotating arrows . You can find more info about the syncing icons here

If you’re doing this via the website, you should see a progress bar at the bottom of the page, telling how many files are left to upload:

If you click on it, a pop up window will appear letting you know which files have been uploaded, which files are still left, and how much time is estimated for the process to be complete. There, you have the capability to cancel files that have not been uploaded yet from being uploaded by clicking on the X that appears on the right-hand side of each file listed. Web Uploads.png

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions!
