We're experiencing an issue uploading our photos & we need more storage space.

we need to increase our package so all employees of BuildR can up load photos.

Hey EmmaJaneMcCarth, thanks for reaching out on our Forum, I hope you’re doing well today! 
 
It’s my understanding that you’re running out of space on your Business account & you’d need to increase your available quota. Am I right in my assumption? Maybe you’d like to modify you current plan? 
 
You may keep in mind that, for security reasons we can’t access your Dropbox account specifics here, though in case your team is currently subscribed to an Advanced plan, you may quickly call in or chat in to our team through your admin console & one of my specialized colleagues will follow-up on your request & bump up your space on the fly. Alternatively, please let me know here if you’d like me to get in touch with you on my end & I’ll make sure to email you directly. 
 
If you decide to go per my advice above, you may keep in mind that I’m always here to pursue a resolution, so please let me know how you’d like us to proceed in your next post.
