Why am I unable to accept an invitation to join a Dropbox Business team?

I have recently started a Dropbox Business trial for a team of 3, which I took out using my professional email address. I already have a Dropbox Plus account with my personal email address. I have invited my personal email to join the Business team. I receive the invitation emails and try to join. What happens is I click the link, a browser window opens which asks me to log in. I log in to my personal account, then I get a window asking me to log in to my Business account. And that's as far as it gets. I've sent 4 invitations to myself with the same result.

Also, when I try to look at team members in the Business admin console, I get a blank page. I can see there are still only 3 members, with one invitation pending.

All in all, a bit buggy. If these issues aren't cleared up, I won't be continuing after the end of the trial and I'll find another solution for my team.

Hi there @Amzel, sorry to hear that. 
 
From what I understand, you have your work (Business) and personal (Plus) accounts connected, is that right? If so, could you please let me know if you’ve tried accepting the invitation after disconnecting your accounts by any chance? 
 
As per your second query regarding the Members tab in your admin console, could you please confirm for me if you’re seeing this if you navigate through another browser or incognito mode?
