Why can't I rename a file, or delete a folder?

Dear Sirs

I have set up a business dropbox account with 4 users.

I created two folders successfully and now I cant create anymore.

When I try to rename one of the two folders I have created I am not able to. Nor am I able to delete it.

The options 'rename and delete' are grey.

Please help.

Hey @Effortless, thanks for reaching out for assistance on our Community! 
 
It’s my understanding that you’ve currently subscribed to the new Dropbox Business setup, where your team shares a team space, am I on the right track? 
 
If so & you need to add, delete, change, or move a folder at the top level of your team space, you’ll need to contact your team admin. If you’re a team admin, you can make the changes from the “Content” tab of the admin console. If you want to make the top level of the team space editable by all members of your Dropbox team, you can change the “Top-level editing” setting at:
