I already had a dropbox account and wanted to use it, so I downloaded dropbox to my new pc. I wondered why it wanted me to give a name to "my team". So I uninstalled and tried to make sure to chose the basic version. But again it asked me to write a name for my team before I could continue, so to be able to get going I just wrote some random letters. I could then see that this was wrong, that it was a business version and uninstalled again.
Today I then received an email from someone I dont know. He wanted to join my team ?? Wonder where he found "my team" and why it can be interesting for him to join a team called random lettes like 'asdfzxcv'
Hi @opl, thanks for joining the Community!
It sounds like you've either created a Dropbox Business trial, or a paid team, which is why you were prompted to enter a team name.
The reason why the person wants to join your team is because there is a feature that allows people on the same domain as your email to see your team and to request to join it.
Could you let me know what kind of plan you see on this page on your account?
Keep me posted!

Thanks for answering!
Dropbox Business Standard trial it says.
I tried as best I could to get the free version. Should I just click on change plan?
Since you're on a trial, you can cancel it and delete the team using the steps on this page.
Please note that you’ll need to follow the instructions on the next 3 pages to fully downgrade from the trial.
Let me know how it goes!
