can paid subscription transfer to a new user?

i am replacing someone on a team and their account has been paid for the year, is there a way take that spot without having to pay for a new member's access?

Subscriptions cannot be transferred from one account to another. If you have a Pro account and need to transfer it to someone else, change the email to that of the new user, and have them reset the password.
