Today I installed Dropbox on a new laptop. By mistake I chose Dropbox for Business, instead of Dropbox Plus. Now I can't get rid of it. I have tried uninstalling, but that does not work.
How do I change back, please, to Dropbox Plus on the new laptop?

Hey @MLBernard, let's see what we can do here.
If you chose to start a Business team, you changed your subscription, so uninstalling the desktop app wouldn't affect this.
Could you have a look at your Plan tab and let me know what it shows in regards to sort of account that you have?
If you could send me a screenshot of it, that would be super helpful.

I emailed you with a reply, but the message has come back as Undeliverable. So I'll try here. This is what I wrote:
A screenshot is below. It says I’m on Dropbox Business Advanced trial.
The reason the account is named ‘z’ is that I accidentally hit the Z key on my new laptop when installing Dropbox on it. I don’t want it to be named ‘z’! I hope you can help me to change it back to just ‘Dropbox’—as well as helping me to change my account back to Dropbox Plus, which is what I’ve had since 16 January 2020.
