Hello Team, 

 

I was trying to make payments for my dropbox account and was updating billing card but i think my new card was not allowed to do international transaction. So it was failed again and again. 

 

I request to uplift the 24 hours restriction so that i can upgrade my account with another card. 

My work is getting bit hamper due to restirction of Sync on Dropbox and my team unable to sync there dropbox.

Hello there @RAJAT C.1, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this!

 

To assist you with this, I'd need to put you in contact with our Support team's billing department.

 

You can create a ticket with them by visiting this page, and filling in the info under "Submit a help request".

 

Once you've done this, you can let me know the ticket number you receive (eg. #1234567) and I can pass along the info you've already provided here.
