Hello. we are just starting with dropbox business.
We want to allow our staff to " see" that all files are located and available within Dropbox, but not be able to download certain files themselves.
We have set up folders per staff member and shared some files, which is all ok. There are other files, thet we want htem to know are avaible, but we would require a request to the administrator to release them. Essentially we want a window into dropbox, so that staff know the files are available.
Is this possible?

At the moment, there isn't a way to send a notification about a file/folder action to your team members.
I can forward this as a feature request, to our development team for future updates, if that's ok with you.
