The directions in the help file "My files are missing. How do I get them back?" don't match my screen. I don't see anything that says "Restore" on the events page or on the details page. How can I get my files back??

This is the same guy again. My Dropbox files are "shared" between my desktop, my laptop, wife's desktop, & my phone. Is that the same as "shared" with another person? I tried again and can't find the "Restore" feature. Is there some upgraded version of Dropbox where this Restore feature is available? Is "Restore" not available in the standard Dropbox?
Yes, I am signed in to Dropbox and am at that page. I can see the events. There are four multi-file events listed at exactly the same time. But no "Restore".
I still think its should be there no matter what the version is. Can you check these help center articles to see if there is anything you can do. Sorry but the restore option should be there.
okay, check the help article ending in 969 that I linked to in my post. There is no restore button but you have to click on the blue items that you want to restore. Then once clicked, then the restore button is there

I printed out the 969 article and was trying to follow that. When I click on the blue event, I get the detailed listing of the files but no "Restore" option. There are perhaps 200 to 250 files in the folder that was accidentally deleted. Thanks for trying to help. Is there any other option???
did you click on the blue items? if so, it should list an restore option. Another thing you can do, thats kind of drastic but some have done it is submit a Support Ticket and ask for a roll back

When I click on the event listing where an individual file deleted at about the same time I do get a restore option. But when I click on the events where I deleted a folder with two hundred files, consisting of 100 to 200 MB, then no restore option appears. I just get a detailed listing of the files. That list runs several pages. I also tried clicking on all parts of one of the individual listings, but nothing happened. Does this info help?
I have to ask, how old are these files? if they were deleted more than 30 days ago and you did not have Extended Version history package, then you are out of luck..
if its within 30 days, then perhaps submit a Support Ticket https://www.dropbox.com/support
answer each question and eventually you should able to submit a ticket

The files are almost all from this last February. However, I was trying to move them on Friday, two days ago, and accidentally deleted them. So which date applies?
