Explain what your vision is, and maybe someone will build an app on the Dropbox API.

Dropbox doesnt release Roadmaps I'm afraid.

Ricks idea, however, is a sensible one.

Also I'll move this to the correct place

Dropbox on the XBOX One would be great, to play movies, photos etc.

Uploading saved video replays would be good touch.

So, it's available for everything but the Xbox platform - kinda funny, started looking for it because I switched back to Dropbox for everything since Microsoft can't get one drive for business to function - and they're reducing capacity on regular one drive - so i was hopeful... By the fact that they also don't have a Spotify app on Xbox, it seems Microsoft doesn't want the competition... Perhaps they've (MS) refused to allow it...

Yea I just synched all my devices using dropbox only to find out the one device I would transfer files the most with isnt available. Here's my vision, make it the exact same way its setup on the Windows and android apps. Not only would you be able to watch videos and play music shared from a pc or smartphone with ease, but you would be able to share gameplay vids and liked content as well. You could even send your saved game data to a family or friend when you go visit, being able to pick up where you left off no problem. Once Microsoft gives in to the Homebrew clan (and they will ;D) dropbox will be the go-to app to share that killer FPS with your friends or colleagues giving them access to testing and development. If it's available anyway...

The problem Joshua, it's that all of these options are available via onedrive - and while onedrive is the slowest most unreliable black whole for days loss on the Internet, Microsoft owns it and wanted to extort money from the Minions (us) , so we're all but screwed. If you didn't notice, they even dropped the extra free space they offered forcing people to choose who to pay with - for me that's Dropbox (after losing 10+gb on onedrive for business I can't ever get back) but that also, unfortunately, means - no food service for xbox1...

It's not Dropbox's fault if MS won't let them run on their console
