I love the File Request feature I find it very handy but it feels a little incomplete. I think everything that a user can created should be able to be removed.
I use the file request feature not only to give my clients a space to upload project assets but to also maintain security. I use File Request to upload file to my dropbox at work while unattended. I do not feel comfortable leaving my dropbox logged in while I am not there. I choose not to sync the Dropbox account using the desktop software due to the fact I am a freelancer and do not have one permanent work computer. I jump from company to company and department to department very often. As you can imagine file request can get a little unmanageable. A feature to clear/Delete obsolete closed file request would be very handy. I have only started using the feature so right now it is not so much an issue but I can quickly see it being an issue in the near future. Other management feature such as renaming existing file request would also be handy as I have used the same name twice without realising so assessing the uploaded file throughout the File request page can get a little confusing especially under the pressure of a tight deadline. The other feature that would be useful would be some sorting features. when uploading the user need to put in their email but does not seem to be utilised on the dropbox account holder end. being able to sort through the files by contact would be a great feature. e.g. email@example.com has uploaded 20 files in different file requests. the ability to view all the files Johnsmith@domain.com has sent, categorised/grouped by the File Request would make for an awesome feature in my opinion especially if the feature has been used extensivley.
