Dropbox can't make a secure connection

Hi! When opening Dropbox on my Windows 10 PC I get "Dropbox can't make a secure connection" message, then it says that the time and date are wrong (they are correct and auto-synched), then I get "your computer is currently offline" (it isn't) window. Every other application works well on my PC, so apparently something is blocking Dropbox, but I can't seem to find out what it is. It is added as an exception to my firewall and everything. I also tried different proxy settings in Dropbox, but it didn't help. Then I deleted the firewall and used the generic one, but still nothing. Here are the messages I get:

Hey there @Anthony7 - sorry to hear that and apologies for the slightly delayed response; how are you today?

Now, to tackle this issue, can you first try to re-install our software using our offline installer

Moreover, in regards to the error you get, I'd suggest taking a look at the following Help Center article too:

If this persists, could you post a screenshot of the app's exact status at the moment?
