Dropbox won't let me sign in even though I am using the correct email and password

I just got a new iPad 6th generation with software version 12.2 and Model Number MR6R2LL/A. And, i downloaded Dropbox and am trying to sign in but when I enter my email address and password (which works succesfully on my laptop and other iPads) I get an error that says 'Sign-In Failed' 'Please check that your email address and password are correct' and then gives the OK selection. 

I have double and triple and quadruple checked this and I am entering the correct email and password. I even deleted the Dropbox App and downloaded it again from the Apple Store and i still get the same error message. 

Please help.

Hey there @dbcarolina, sorry to hear about that. 
 
The first troubleshooting steps that you took (checking that you’re entering the relevant email address and reinstalling the mobile app) definitely help in isolating the issue - awesome work on that. 
 
In order to look into this a bit deeper, we’d have to continue via email. As such, I was able to locate your open ticket and have replied to you via email. When you get the chance, please check your inbox for my latest message.
