Error 500 when attempting to download files

I have multiple files shared for cusotmers- I get this error on all of them right now... Any idea what is going on?

Hey guys - thanks for the reports!

I just want to give you an update on this that we're back up and running normally.

There was an incident for a while yesterday but we managed to identify and resolve it in a timely fashion - thanks to reports from users like you!

If you ever come up with an error 500 when accessing any of our services, first thing to do is check our status page at: https://status.dropbox.com/

Should you need anything else in the future, you can open a new thread from this page directly: https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Ask-a-question/ct-p/101001000

Once again, thanks for your kind diligence and reports about this. Happy New Year too fellas!

I'm getting "there is a problem completing this request" when trying to access multiple files right now as well...??? Anyone else?
