Free trial expiry error message

Level 2

We have a Dropbox Business account which isn't a trial, however we are getting messages pop up when we log onto the Dropbox online (we haven't seen this same message via the app.

When I click on 'Add billing info', the pop up disappears for a moment and the message in red appears - 'Your team isn't in a trial' - and then the original pop-up appears again. And so the cycle repeats...

Could anyone help with this please?

Thanks

Tom
