I am getting an error message on my desktop app. Can you help?

When I click on the Dropbox icon on bottom of screen I get "Can't Establish a Secure Connection" message.  Yet if I go through my browser to DropBox there is no issue getting access to my account. It also tells me me to reset my date and time on my computer, but it's correct.

I checked the time on my computer inside "Computer" and it is correct. I never had this problem before.

Dropbox is allowed through my Windows firewall.

Did you check the proxy settings section of the article? 
 
Are you using any kind of proxy, VPN, security software, or even ISP/router issues that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?
 
Do other desktop devices have the same issue on the same WiFi network? If this a private or public WiFi network?
