I'm receiving an error message when trying to restore files, what should I do?

Nightmare scenario.  I had an email saying I have deleted 66000 files, which I hadn't.  When I looked at Dropbox, my whole business has been deleted!  Don't panic, it's recoverable. 

But when I try to restore the 2 folders the error message reads: 'there was a problem completing this request'.  Having a mild heart attack, can someone pls advise what to do?

It could be that the file is too large to be recovered through the website. Contact Support and request a rollback.
