Message I don't understand and didn't request

Level 3

Move "Robinson Ostomy Breakdown.xlsx" out of the shared folder "Robinson Files"?

Moving this file to Robinson 2016 Taxes will remove it for members of Robinson Files.

This message keeps coming up about 4 Excel files

Hey there @Cindy Anne G. - could you share a screenshot of the exact error message you get so we can have a better view of the matter at hand?

If you could provide some additional information about the setup you're using and the steps you take to produce it as well it would be very much appreciated.

Thanks!

Did this error occur after you move this or another file?  Or is it just popping up randomly?

Thanks for the screenshot and additional information @Cindy Anne G. - have you rebooted your computer at all lately? Could you please check if this is caused by our app or another one after all?

To do this, quit the Dropbox application by using the following steps:

  • Click the Dropbox icon in your menu bar
  • Click on the gear icon in the Notifications panel and select "Quit Dropbox"

Should the issue persist when Dropbox is completely closed, it would suggest that the cause is related to something outside of the Dropbox application. You may want to check other applications or components of your Operating System that could be causing this.

Keep me posted!
