I am having the same issue as the thread below:

When I go to see the solution, it seems this was sent as a private message to the user. Hence, I am curious to know what this was. 

 

I have tried:

multiple browsers

incognito window

clearing cache

they are not shared files..

Hey Thomas, sorry to hear you're experiencing this.

As you've already performed some troubleshooting on this, may I reach out to your Dropbox associated email address to work on this together? 

In the meantime, have you ensured that there's no browser plug-in or extension that could be causing this?

On a last note, this might sound a bit far fetched, but could you try another network and see if you get the same results?
