User is Banned when sharing

Level 2
When it try to share a folder it keeps telling me the "User is Banned" no matter what email i use for them

Hey there @Emergeware, sorry to hear you're having issues with this. 

I've just sent you an email to your Dropbox associated address so we can have a more in depth look into this.

User is Banned when sharing

Level 2

When I try to add a user to a shared folder I get the error : User is banned

Did not have the same problem in the past. Thank you
