Why am I receiving the "An error occurred while loading" message while trying to see older versions?

When trying to load older versions of a file, I get an error message: "An error occurred while loading." However, there is no explanation of the nature of the error or if it can be overcome.

Re: No explnation of the problem

I'm 99.999% certain then the issue is that file actually is not recoverable.

Unless you are a VERY old subscriber (and have been paid up since May 2017) with the very defunct Pack Rat feature that files not available.

Current plans only give 120 days recovery and older plans only give 1 year.

It is only very very old legacy accounts that do longer I'm afraid.

Re: No explnation of the problem

The oldest I can see is 11/5/2017. I don't know how old the "older" versions are that I'm trying to load. Just that the 11/5 file doesn't have what I want so was trying to go back further.
