video documents load error

Level 3

It says loading error. I have downloaded several videos from the same web in mp4 form, but there are some videos couldn't watch on iPad and iPhone. And also, I can watch those videos on pc. plz help!

Hey there @ARONWN - could you tell me what kind (type) of files these are? Are all of those mp4 files? How large are they? 

Also, do you have the appropriate software to open them natively on your iPad and iPhone? 

If you'd like to see if there are files in your Dropbox that may have problematic file names, try our lookup tool:  https://www.dropbox.com/bad_files_check

Finally, you can view a full list of the characters (letters, symbols, or numbers) that may be incompatible with the operating system on your device(s) in this Help Center article:

problem remains to be solved:( and it can be opened by other software

1. Videos are Dancing and singing
2. Like I have 104 of them and about 20 of them can not open. Each one is about 200MB.
3. They are all Mp4. files
4. Whatever I change the file name to a simple number, it still cannot open.
5. And the intelligent detection shows the test of my file is correct:我们没有发现您的 Dropbox 中有任何文件或文件夹会导致同步问题。

Out of curiosity now, does this persist on multiple browsers? Have you tried any other browsers other than the one you originally used?
