I'm trying to open a link "view file" but the link opens the dropbox file in microsoft edge I think.  I only have a dropbox account on google and can't open the link.  Any ideas?

Dropboxer

Hey there @LymmLady - how are you today?

At first, let me clarify that this functionality is controlled by your device's OS, not Dropbox; how shared links behave in regards to which web browser opens them for access that is.

As long as you remember the email address and password you use for your Dropbox account you should be able to log in via another browser (such as Microsoft Edge). Are you having problems with this perhaps?

Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there.
