When a deadline for uploading photos has been set.  At the onset we have the option of extending it by 1 day, 2 days or NEVER.   My company chooses NEVER.  However at times we may have an exception in that we need to extend the cutoff date past the original date.

Dropboxer
Hey there, from what @Mark and I understand, you’re referring to file requests, is that right?

If so, then changing the deadline before it expires is possible by:
  • Signing into your account via the website.
  • Locating the file request folder.
  • Clicking on the ellipsis(…).
  • Selecting Edit.
  • Changing the deadline extension set.
If the deadline ends and/or the file request closes, you can:
  • Go back to your file request tab via the website.
  • Select the Closed requests section.
  • Locate the folder in question.
  • Click on the ellipsis (…).
  • Select Reopen.
I hope this helps to some extent!
