Bad Photo Quality & Original Size

New member | Level 2

I recently shared photos with a client. To my dissmay I got an angry email back saying that the quality of the phtos were horrible and the size of the image were small.

I checked out the problem, and pressed on the link that I sent him and behold it was true. I even tried downloading some photos hoping that it would be different once it is downloaded and it wasnt.

I really need to fix this so I can get this to my client. Please help me with problem!

Thanks so much have a great rest of your day slightly smiling face

You need to download the actual file, not the preview version from the website.

Downloading the actual file by going in to the actual one and then pressing 'download' will work
