COMMENTS are missing after latest update.

Hello- I use a shared file where the other person initially uploaded & posted information & prices in the "Comments" section for each photo. After the latest update, we have both noticed all of the comments in one file, prior to May, have disappeared. They are not found when using Dropbox on our phones or computers. I've looked in the "Deleted files" & nothing was there I needed because I'm only looking for Deleted Comments. I've cleared the cache & re-logged in but still nothing shows up. I've tried using the original Share link but it only takes me to the current folders with missing information. Is there a backup somewhere with the "Comments" only? I'm now really worried this loss of data might happen again. Also, is there an easy way to keep a backup for the Comments?
Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!

Hey there @FBA-PNW, sorry to hear about that. 
 
Could you please elaborate a bit more so as to ensure that we cover some initial ground? For example:
  • Could you please give another browser a try and see if you’re able to preview the comments from an incognito mode too? 
  • Could you confirm if you’re experiencing this behavior with only this file or with any other? If you have this issue with other files, could you please clarify if they are all the same file type?
Any additional info would be very helpful.

Hi Lusil,
Thank you for helping! Yes, I've tried a different browser AND incognito. Both did not prove successful. Also, the lost comments are only in the one file. So strange!
Can I try anything else?
