Can I Add a Watermark through the API

Explorer | Level 3

According to this article I can add a watermark through the web interface. Is it possible to do this via the API?

Hey there @Levi2,
 
Currently, applying watermarks to images through Dropbox is only possible through the website. I’ll pass along your interest in being able to perform this action through the API to our dev team for review in future Dropbox improvements.
