How do you delete a file that's uploading photos?

Hey @bcc10, do you by any chance mean the Camera Uploads folder which contains photos automatically added from your mobile device’s Camera Roll? 
If you’d like to disable the camera uploads feature to stop it from automatically uploading photos, you can do so by following the steps outlined in this article. You can then remove the Camera Uploads folder from your account.
