Can't share a folder and there's no error message

Hi, I've been trying to share a folder for the past 2 days and whenever I click on "share", nothing comes up for me to move further with sharing.

Could you please elaborate a bit more on this? For example:
  • Is this a sub-folder by any chance or an already-existing shared folder? 
  • How are you trying to share the folder in question? Is it through the website, the desktop app, or the mobile app?
  • If you’re trying to share it from the website, have you given another browser or incognito mode a try? 
Any additional info would be very helpful.

No, it's not a sub-folder

I'm trying to share the folder via the website and I've tried another browser

Apparently, it's beyond a sharing issue. I found out that I'm unable to delete files and view upload errors when I have faulty uploads.

I'd appreciate any help I can get

Could you also clarify for me if you are the owner of the folder in question? 
 
Could it be that the sharing permissions for the folder are set so that members are not able to share the folder with others by any chance?

Thanks Lusil...I'm tryimg to share my own folder with others. It's a folder created by me with my dropbox account

Could you check if there are any third-party apps that could be hindering or blocking the process, like an antivirus? In which case, try temporarily disabling your antivirus or security program, as well as connecting to a different Wi-Fi network.
 
Additionally, if you’re connected through a work network, please check with your company’s IT department (there could be an update on your firewall settings or another security measure placed affecting this)
 
Furthermore, if you have the desktop app install, could you also try sharing the folder in question from your Dropbox folder

Hi Lusil,

Thanks for your help. I have the dropbox app and I can share folders from the app. But I still cannot delete files that I uploaded by mistake or view upload error details. The app does not let me delete files and I need these features. 

There are no third party apps and I've tried using a different wifi network. There's so update from the IT department either.

Please, what else can I do?
